About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to join our client's team at and expand client's business in the European Market. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth within the European Market.


Responsibilities

  • Research, pursue, and develop new business relationships
  • Negotiating campaign terms and marketing budgets
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Creating long terms partnerships and upselling budgets and business opportunities

Job requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with experience in the European Markett.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and market research skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong negotiation skills

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and results-driven

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
