Job description

TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to join our Customer Success department. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues
  • Collaborate with the Level 1 support team to escalate complex problems
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to identify root causes
  • Document support processes and solutions for future reference
  • Assist in testing new product features and updates

Job requirements

  • 3+ Years of advanced IT support (MSP) experience
  • Proficient in PowerShell / scripting.
  • Advanced knowledge in server, firewall and networking.
  • Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint &Intune.
  • Must be a great communicator.
  • Organized & Consistent.
  • Team Player.
  • Process-driven individual.
