Job description
TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to join our Customer Success department. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues
- Collaborate with the Level 1 support team to escalate complex problems
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to identify root causes
- Document support processes and solutions for future reference
- Assist in testing new product features and updates
Job requirements
- 3+ Years of advanced IT support (MSP) experience
- Proficient in PowerShell / scripting.
- Advanced knowledge in server, firewall and networking.
- Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint &Intune.
- Must be a great communicator.
- Organized & Consistent.
- Team Player.
- Process-driven individual.
